The Library is open the first Saturday afternoon of each month from 1-3 PM April through October. Otherwise, it is open by appointment.

The library has a small collection of children’s books and a nice selection of historical books and biographies arranged by historical eras. (Hence, all books pertaining to life in the 1920’s or published in the 1920’s are on one shelf, etc.)

The library’s collection includes the Highland High School year books for the following years: 1953 -1973, 1975-1979, 1981-1984, 1986-1987, 1989-1990, 1992 - 1994, and 1996 - 2001. (Highland Annuals needed are 1974, 1980, 1985, 1988, 1991, and 1995. Please contact Bob Hummel if you have one and would be willing to donate it.)

The library also has genealogical information on the following Granger Township families: ALBER, BARNETT-SPENCER, BEARDSLEY, BLEILER, BURT, CAPRON-SMITH-COMSTOCK, CASE, CHRISMAN, CODDING, DAVIS, DUNSHA-SIMMONS, FINCH, FREEMAN, GANYARD-WILEY, GIBBS, GRAFF, GREEN, HAND, HATCH-HOEL, HEPPENSTIEL, HILLS, HUMMEL, HUNTLEY, INGRAHAM, KUDER, LYTLE, MATTINGLY, SHAW, STEIN, THOMPSON, TREEMAN, UNDERWOOD.
